Art Mindfulness is a form of expressive self-therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person's physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The goal is to improve a person's sense of his or her personal well-being.
Here at Art Mindfulness for the Soul we aim to bring some fun, laughter and love to your day. We make group bookings, one-on-one sessions, run workshops and can even do Art Mindfulness parties in your home for you and a group of friends and can cater for all ages.
