Recipe: Matcha Latte

INGREDIENTS:

– 1tsp Matcha powder
– 70ml water heated to 80C
– 200ml milk (any milk of you choice- soy, almond, coconut, cows)

METHOD:

  1. Whisk the Matcha powder and hot water in a bowl to form a thin paste.
  2. Heat the milk in a saucepan on a medium heat, stirring constantly, until simmers.
  3. Add hot milk into Matcha paste and whisk briskly until foamy.
  4. Pour into cups, garnish with a pinch of Matcha powder and enjoy.

Tip: If it is not sweet enough for you, add sugar or honey.
