360Hit is a new modern boxing and wellness studio for women, birthed from the passion of two women Melissa and Tracey that were passionate about holistic health and wellness and wanted to create a space whereby women can feel like they are in a safe place to grow personally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
We wanted this space to be a hub where women and girls can realise their goals
beyond the physical.
Our 2 initial studios will include a boxing +
fitness circuit, group classes, relaxation
lounge, a refreshment bar, workshops,
meditation space, wellness + massage services.
